Should I start with the Red Sox beating the Yankees?????...a home run by Youkilis in the 11th????? No, that would be inappropriate on a coupla levels - Steel Pony was playing at The Brass Monkey and it's owner, Marty, is an avid Yankees fan ....and I was supposed to be workin' anyways, not watching the game....... ....and work we did! Right from the opening chords of "Bobby McGee", Shar and her Steel Pony boys hit 'em out of the park all night! Pat was ON FIRE! ; Brian was BLISTERING! ; Bart WAS WAILIN' ; Johnny Danger SPLIT THE SKY! ; and Shar just shines.....shines with her smile; shines with her songs; shines all through the night!....and I.....I was lovin' every minute of it!

I started out with a sumptuous dinner from Marty's kitchen -boy, that boy can COOK! ; and from there it only got better and better. Johnny tried out a few new ones - "Beverly Hills", "Semi-Charmed Life" and "My Own Worst Enemy" and they'll certainly be in the rotation now......and then he sang a sweet, sweet "Melissa" with Bart teasing a solo, which was wonderful.....Shar brought "Hot N Cold" to the show; gave us a "Fever"....HOT!......and she & Tristan got together on "I Kissed A Girl" which is always fun.....and although it's not like Pat, he said "I Want A New Drug" and we complied! He tore that song DOWN and then took us all to the "Love Shack", makin' Brass Monkey that "funky little place". Our friend, Bubba, got up to do "Faithfully" which led into "Lights" and he's got the chops for the Journey! Thanks, Bubba - anytime! The band Providence's singer got up and did "Turn The Page" - we've added that one to the list! Great job!

Then we started in on the disco and that just tears it up....got the whole bar up & dancin', goin' wild - "I Will Survive" got the girls doing body shots and the boys were buying!...Bart brought his sax over to monitor the situations and Johnny Danger let 'em all do the sleazy slide with "Mustang Sally".....WHAT A NIGHT! Thanks to everyone for coming out!

Hey Guys!!!!!!!! I sure did enjoy playing with you for the short time I did. UNFORGETTABLE!! All of you are top notch and I wish all of you nothing but the best!!! I keep checking in on you from time to time. I'm glad things are working out for you. I'm doin' okay and still playing a bit but nothin' compared to what you guys do. I miss it.
